We only install Northwest Office Technologies, Inc. approved parts and consumables into your digital copiers that are under service agreement with us. This means you will have less service calls and superior copy quality.

REMANUFACTURED CARTRIDGES

We have our own remanufacturing facility on site that allows us to remanufacture our own print cartridges. This gives us total quality control over the whole process to make sure you are getting the very best product, just like new. We actually replace the drum and any other components in each and every cartridge that is worn out or looks like it might fail. By taking these precautions you get the very best product possible.

We also carry a full line of new and compatible copier, fax and printer supplies for your convenience. Contact our supply department for your own personalized quote.

FREE DELIVERY

We have free delivery of toner supplies and pickup of old printer cores for our remanufacturing process. Supplies are delivered in most cases as follows if product is ordered in the AM than delivery should take place that afternoon. If product is ordered in the PM than delivery should take place the next AM. Will Calls are always welcome. If you experience an emergency you can contact your assigned supply representative for assistance.
