UPTIME GUARANTEE

Your equipment will be up and running during normal business hours Monday through Friday except holidays on average of 98.6% each month while under a continuous service agreement from Northwest Office Technologies, Inc. If during any 90-day cycle your equipment fails to meet this standard you will receive a 10% credit toward your next supply purchase from Northwest Office Technologies, Inc. Your system can only be down approximately 7.2 hours each quarter.

LOANER GUARANTEE

If your equipment is down any length of time while under that service agreement that effects the operation of your organization or more than 7 hours we will bring out a loaner until your system is fixed to manufacturers’ specifications.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

Your equipment is guaranteed to perform to the manufactures specifications for as long as your lease and there is a continuous service agreement in place and the equipment has not been discontinued. If we are not able to repair your equipment in your office we will provide you with a temporary replacement with the same service agreement until the repair has been completed. We will bring in the manufacturer of the equipment and if they cannot fix the system than we will replace it with equipment of equal or greater value at no additional charge for the rest of the term of the lease.
